Kate and Desi Married....
Kate and Desi Married….
Notes from the bride about planning her wedding:
Kate and Desi Married…. Our wedding will be a vintage, hip, and DIY wedding. I will be making banners garland kind of like this stuff – http://bklynbrideonline.com/11420/top-10/top-10-garlands-giveaway/ and I’ve been collecting milk glass for the centerpieces – http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/girls-with-milk-glass-centerpieces I’m not doing colors, but I’ll be going to a flower market and choosing whatever flowers are in season at the time. My bridesmaids will be wearing black cocktail dresses with funky shoes. I’ll hopefully be wear a unique dress or a simple dress with cool accessories.
The ceremony will be at a local park or at the beach in front of my parents’ house. Either way, immediately after we’ll get everyone to parade to the reception – yes, a parade! I kind of want to get fun parade like stuff for everyone for the 15 minute journey…. The venue is really unique b/c it’s an old foundry and now it’s a music venue. We like that it’s industrial and bare.
Most importantly, we want everyone to have a good time and for this to be the best wedding ever! We’ve secured a photo booth for the evening and we’re making sure to get an awesome dj b/c we want to have an amazing dance party. Yay!
